Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-25

By creating an account or using Shifaa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Shifaa is

Shifaa is an informational and educational tool that uses AI to help you understand medical lab and radiology reports, track health trends, and locate nearby care. It is not a medical device, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Not medical advice

Information from Shifaa — including AI interpretations, scores, predictions, and chat responses — is for your general understanding only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis and treatment, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read here. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. See our full Medical Disclaimer.

3. Optional doctor review

Where offered, a paid doctor review connects you with a panel physician for a written opinion on a report. This is a convenience service and does not establish an ongoing doctor–patient relationship or replace an in-person consultation.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Accounts & deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your profile, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shifaa is not liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information it provides, or for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
